Artículo Noveno. El valor generado por concepto de las primas a que se refieren los artículo 6o y 7o. del presente Decreto no podrán exceder las apropiaciones previstas para la vigencia fiscal de 1996 para los empleos de que trata el Decreto 1488 de 1995.
