De conformidad con la Ley 100 de 1993 , todos los órganos estatales inclusive los que se encuentren en proceso de liquidación deberán denunciar las convenciones y pactos colectivos de trabajo que no se ajusten a los principios y reglas de la Ley 100 de 1993 , con el fin de que las mismas se sujeten al régimen pensional previsto en la ley.
