No obstante la dispuesto en los dos artículos anteriores, facultase al Gobierno para mantener en servicio activo a aquellos Oficiales, que por sus calificaciones merezcan permanecer en actividad, a juicio de la Junta Asesora del Ministerio de Guerra, cuando sus capacidades aún puedan ser aprovechables en determinadas actividades militares, visto el dictamen de la Sanidad Militar.
