Artículo quinto El Almacenista General ejercerá riguroso control sobre los Almacenistas de las dependencias del Ministerio encargadas de producir, comprar, vender, o arrendar bienes o efectos, a fin de que se fiscalicen las existencias y registren invariablemente las cosechas y productos y se sujete su inversión a las normas establecidas al efecto.
