Art 3°. Los Tribunales de Distrito nombraran dos suplentes para cada uno de los jueces cuyos nombramientos les corresponde y para un periodo igual al de los principales. Los suplentes reemplazaran a los principales, en el orden de su numeración, en las faltas temporales y también en las faltas absolutas, mientras no se haga nuevo nombramiento.
