Ley 36 de 1971 · Por la cual se ordena la preservación de un monumento histórico y se dictan medidas para su restauración y conservación

Para los efectos de la presente Ley y con destino al funcionamiento del Instituto Etnológico Iberoamericano y el Museo Misional Grancolombiano, se reincorpora y restituye al patrimonio del mencionado monumento histórico, el inmueble contiguo identificado con el número 3 dentro de la correspondiente manzana del plano del sector urbano y distinguido en la actual nomenclatura de la ciudad con el número 10-37 de la carrera 9.

Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para que por intermedio del Ministerio de Obras Públicas haga la transferencia y otorgue el respectivo instrumento público con las formalidades legales.
