º . Son atribuciones del Gran Maestre

Presidir las reuniones del Consejo y dirigir sus deliberaciones;

Presentar al Consejo los candidatos que a bien tenga para que les sea otorgada la Orden al Mérito de la Seguridad Presidencial;

Nombrar comisiones que estudien asuntos relacionados con la Orden y distribuir los trabajos correspondientes.
