° Para los efectos de los artículos l.° y 2.° de la ley 15 a de 1884, se declara que los árboles de quina y de caucho se hallan en "estado de producción," cuando tengan cinco años de edad ó en desarrollo corresponda al que las plantas de la misma especie adquieren en el lugar de donde son originarias cuando han vivido cinco años.
