Art. 1°. El gobierno de la República procurará entrar en un arreglo para comprar los terrenos denominados de Macas, situados en jurisdicción del Distrito de Carlosama, Departamento del Cauca, á sus actuales dueños, por los mismos linderos por donde fueron rematados el 3 de Febrero de 1882, como pertenecientes al ramo de Bienes Desamortizados.
