Adiciónense los numerales 26, 27 y un

Parágrafo

al artículo 82 del Decreto 390 de 2016, los cuales quedarán así: “26. Incorporar cada una de las guías de envíos de entrega rápida o mensajería expresa al sistema de seguimiento y rastreo en línea”. “27. Actualizar la información de la red o redes de transporte en los términos y condiciones establecidas por la Unidad Administrativa Especial - Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales” . “

Parágrafo

Las obligaciones previstas en los numerales 22, 23 y 24 solo aplicarán a los operadores que hagan uso de las zonas de verificación para envíos de entrega rápida o mensajería expresa” .
