Fondos de compensación. Como mecanismo para asegurar el reparto equitativo de las cargas y beneficios generados en el ordenamiento urbano, y para garantizar el pago de compensaciones en razón de cargas urbanísticas de conservación, las administraciones municipales y distritales podrán constituir fondos, los cuales podrán ser administrados mediante encargos fiduciarios.
