Disminución Subsidio Familiar. Para efectos de lo contemplado en el artículo 47 del Decreto 1213 de 1990, el interesado deberá dar aviso por escrito a la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional, anexando los documentos que sirvan de prueba.

Parágrafo

En los casos del literal d) de la citada norma, la Unidad de Sistema causará la novedad automáticamente y para comprobar las excepciones el beneficiario deberá acreditar anualmente ante la Dirección de Personal la condición de hija célibe, estudiante o inválido.
