º Los institutos docentes de educación no formal que a treinta y uno (31) de diciembre de 1987, venían funcionando sin legalización y continúan en la misma situación, tendrán plazo de un (1) año, contado a partir de la publicación de este Decreto para ajustarse a las nuevas normas. Vencido este plazo se procederá a su cierre por la vía ejecutiva.
