El Código de Procedimiento Penal tendrá un artículo con el número 438A del siguiente tenor:

Artículo 438A. CIERRES PARCIALES. Cuando existan varias personas vinculadas al proceso o se investiguen delitos conexos y concurran las circunstancias para cerrar la investigación con relación a un solo sindicado o delito, el Fiscal la cerrará parcialmente.
