Art. 1.° Declárase legalmente instalada la Compañía industrial de Samacá, que se constituyó por escritura pública, otorgada en la ciudad de Tunja el día 23 de Noviembre de 1887, bajo el número 270; y queda, por consiguiente, dicha Compañía en capacidad de principiar inmediatamente todas y cada una de las operaciones que en dicha escritura se detallan.
