ARTICULO 53 . NOCIÓN. Las juntas de clasificación son los organismos encargados de ratificar o modificar la evaluación y clasificación anual; determinar la clasificación para ascenso, ingreso al nivel ejecutivo, promoción o cambio de nivel; fallar los reclamos interpuestos por los evaluados o clasificados; y hacer las clasificaciones eventuales.
