Art. 19. Es común a todas las embarcaciones que naveguen en el rio Magdalena el deber de ausiliarse en los siniestros que les ocurran, como naufrajio, incendio, varada, esplosion de calderas, &, siempre que la prestación del ausilio les sea posible sin graves peligros para ellos.
