° Modifícase el Decreto número 88, de enero 18 del año en curso, por el cual se distribuyen los fondos del Instituto "Nicolás Esguerra", de Bogotá, en el sentido de rebajar de $ 6.880 a $ 5.554, la destinación para servicios de energía, agua, aseo, teléfono, material de enseñanza, útiles de escritorio, deportes, excursiones y demás gastos de este Instituto.
