Copia de la escritura de protocolización de nuevos poderes y nombramientos de gerentes, del extracto de dichos documentos con la anotación de haber sido registrados en la Cámara de Comercio, y sendos ejemplares de las publicaciones, deberán enviarse a la Superintendecia de Sociedades Anónimas, tan pronto como se hayan satisfecho estas formalidades.
