° Si resuelta la adquisición de la obra dicha, no pudieren las partes llegar a un acuerdo acerca del precio de ella, este se fijara por peritos que nombraran, uno el Gobierno; otro el señor Vergara y Velasco, y un tercero, para el caso de discordia, que designaran los dos peritos primeramente nombrados.
