° Para efectos del artículo 10 literal e) de la Ley 117 de 1985 y de las normas que en desarrollo de dicho artículo se han dictado, los cobros de las primas a cargo de las entidades financieras inscritas en el Fondo de Garantías de instituciones financieras se efectuarán con la periodicidad que determine la Junta Directiva de dicho fondo.
