Vencido el término a que se refiere el artículo anterior, el Consejo analizará los descargos y pruebas presentadas, podrá ordenar las sanciones que estime conducentes y decretará de oficio las que considere procedentes, para lo cual contará con el término de un (1) mes. Vencido este último plazo, tomará la decisión correspondiente, dentro del mes siguiente.
