El acto administrativo que ordene la intervención de la Oficina de Registro, deberá contener como mínimo:

a)

Motivación de los hechos que dan lugar a la intervención;

b)

Indicación del grado de intervención de la Oficina de Registro;

c)

Designación del Director de Intervención;

d)

Indicación del tiempo que será objeto de intervención la Oficina de Registro;

e)

Ordenar la publicidad del acto administrativo en la Oficina de Registro intervenida y en el Diario Oficial y en la página web de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro.
