Delegación de Funciones. De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 7°, de la Ley 1249 de 2008, el Gobierno Nacional delega al Colegio Profesional de Administradores Policiales, las siguientes funciones:

Expedir la tarjeta a los profesionales en Administración Policial.

Llevar el registro de los graduados en Administración Policial, cuyo listado será remitido por las Facultades de Administración Policial de las universidades.
