º . Modifícase el artículo 7º del Decreto 712 del 8 de marzo de 2004, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 7º. Las empresas que se constituyan o que reciban aportes de inversión del Fondo para el Financiamiento del Sector Agropecuario, Finagro, solo podrán acceder a créditos de redescuento en dicho Fondo, hasta por un tope máximo que sumado al aporte de inversión del programa, no supere el 100% del capital de la empresa receptora de la inversión, observando en todo caso el cumplimiento por parte del Fondo para el Financiamiento del Sector Agropecuario, Finagro, de los límites individuales de crédito previstos en el Decreto 2360 de 1993."
