Objeto. El presente capítulo tiene por objeto reglamentar el Programa de Protección Integral, que tendrá como propósito coordinar con las demás entidades estatales pertinentes la implementación de las políticas, programas, acciones y medidas dirigidas a la protección integral de las y los integrantes del nuevo partido o movimiento político que surja del tránsito de las FARC-EP a la actividad política legal, sedes y actividades, así como a las y los antiguos integrantes de las FARC-EP que se reincorporen a la vida civil y a las familias de todos los anteriores, de acuerdo con el nivel de riesgo.
