Facultades del apoderado Las facultades otorgadas al apoderado judicial deben ser precisas y estar plenamente alineadas con el objeto social de la ESAL extranjera. El contrato de mandato deberá Resoluci�n Firma Digital 2025-01-149411 contemplar expresamente todas las actuaciones necesarias para la ejecución de dicho objeto, así como el cumplimiento de la Constitución Política y del ordenamiento jurídico colombiano.
