La propiedad de las cosas que uno de los cónyuges poseía con otras personas proindiviso, i de que durante el matrimonio se hiciere dueño, por cualquier título oneroso, pertenecerá proindiviso a dicho cónyuge, i a la sociedad, a prorrata del valor de la cuota que pertenecía al primero, i de lo que haya costado la adquisición del resto.
