º. El artículo 16 de la Ley 66 de 1968 quedará así: Cuando el Superintendente Bancario haya tomado posesión de los negocios, bienes y haberes de una persona natural o jurídica con el objeto de administrarlos, deberá designar un agente especial para el efecto. Igual procedimiento deberá adoptarse cuando se proceda la liquidación de las personas Jurídicas y la de los negocios de las personas naturales. El Instituto de Crédito Territorial podrá actuar como Agente Especial del Superintendente Bancario.
