Autoridades del Sistema Nacional de Justicia Familiar. Son autoridades del Sistema Nacional de Justicia Familiar: (i) los defensores de familia; (ii) los comisarios de familia; (iii) los inspectores de policía y (iv) las autoridades tradicionales indígenas. Lo serán también los jueces de la República de conformidad con sus competencias.
