°. Identificación de los beneficiarios y de las deudas sujetas al programa de alivio para la cartera cafetera con calificación A y B . Serán cobijados por el Programa de Alivio para la Cartera Cafetera con Calificación A y B los productores cafeteros que tengan a su cargo y a favor de las entidades financieras vigiladas por la Superintendencia Bancaria, obligaciones cafeteras o de diversificación, previa certificación del intermediario financiero, que cumplan con las condiciones que establece el literal b) del artículo 1° del presente decreto.
