Tramitación a través del director o rector. Cuando el Educador haga entrega de todos los documentos requeridos para inscripción o ascenso al Director o Rector de la institución educativa donde trabaja, dichos funcionarios estarán obligados a presentarlos ante la entidad territorial certificada, dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes a la fecha de recibo.
