Las autoridades locales, con el acompañamiento del Ministerio de Cultura, seguirán los trámites y procedimientos pertinentes para la inclusión de las tradiciones musicales y dancísticas asociadas al Festival Finmupa: "El Pirarucú de Oro", en la Lista Representativa del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial del ámbito Nacional y para la elaboración del Plan Especial de Salvaguardia de dicha manifestación reglamentado en el Decreto número 2941 de 2009.
