Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir del primero (1°) de abril de 2007, con excepción del numeral 13 del artículo 2° que regirá a partir de la fecha de la publicación del presente decreto, y deroga las demás normas que le sean contrarias en especial el Decreto 2977 de 2004.
