El Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico apoyará la descentralización del turismo, para que la competencia de las entidades territoriales en materia turística se ejerza de conformidad con los principios de coordinación, concurrencia y subsidiaria que dispone el artículo 288 de la Constitución Nacional. Para tal efecto establecerá programas de asistencia técnica y asesoría a las entidades territoriales.
