ORALIDAD. Todo el procedimiento del consejo verbal de guerra es oral y sólo deben quedar por escrito el acta, los cuestionarios y la respectiva providencia; se agregarán los documentos que sean conducentes y las síntesis de las aleaciones orales que presenten las partes.
