°. La Caja Nacional de Previsión revisará las pensiones gracia que haya reconocido y cuando fuere procedente, ordenará la reliquidación de sus cuantías. Para el efecto, bastará que quienes crean tener derecho a la reliquidación se inscriban ante la Caja, mediante planillas que serán suministradas por la entidad. La inscripción no requiere la intervención de abogado.
