° Los Jueces Especializados y sus respectivos Secretarios y Escribientes tendrán la misma remuneración y los mismos derechos que los Jueces de Circuito en materia penal, sus Secretarios y Escribientes respectivamente, y estarán sujetos para todos los efectos, a lo dispuesto en el Decreto-ley 250 de 1970, al Decreto 1660 de 1978 y demás normas complementarias. En cuanto a viáticos, gastos de viaje, vacaciones, licencias y permisos, se sujetarán a lo dispuesto en el régimen vigente para los Juzgados de Instrucción Criminal.
