Cumplimiento de la legislación. El otorgamiento y conservación del derecho al uso del Sello, deberá tener como condición por parte del usuario, el acatamiento de las normas técnicas nacionales e internacionales vigentes en materia de accesibilidad del sector turismo.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo determinará las normas técnicas de accesibilidad del sector turismo nacional e internacional que serán objeto de certificación para la obtención del sello.
