Los Administradores de Aduana, los embarcadores oficialas, los Inspectores Fluviales, el Administrador de ía Carretera de Cambao y. demás entidades oficiales similares, avisarán al Departamento Nacional de Provisiones oportunamente 4a llegada de carga oficial nacional, la recibirán por riguroso inventario, confrontando, los respectivos documentos de transporte, velarán, por su debido almacenamiento, la cuidarán a fin de evitar pérdidas ó deterioros, y la reexpedirán al lugar que indique el Departamento Nacional de Provisiones a la mayor brevedad posible. Los embarcadores oficiales; los Administradores de Aduana y los Inspectores Fluviales avisarán telegráficamente al Departamento Nacional de Provisiones la llegada de dicha carga.
