Para la prestación de los servicios de apoyo y salvamento minero, la Agencia Nacional de Minería (ANM), o quien haga sus veces, establecerá y creará las Estaciones de Seguridad y Salvamento Minero (ESSM) y los Puntos de Apoyo de Seguridad y Salvamento Minero (PASSM), a que haya lugar.
