Art. 167. La prórroga de la jurisdicción, por razón del lugar donde se hallan de seguirse los juicios, sólo puede verificarse respecto de los negocios contenciosos civiles; y cuando es expresa, produce el efecto de que el Juez á quien se someten las partes conozca privativamente.
