Los establecimientos de crédito que otorguen créditos para la adquisición de acciones de entidades financieras en proceso de privatización, podrán aceptar como garantía las acciones así adquiridas, siempre y cuando el deudor sea una de las personas a que se refiere el artículo 60 de la Constitución Política.
