Vigencia transitoria del decreto 501 de 1990 . El Decreto 501 de 1990 mantendrá su vigencia por el término de tres (3) meses contados a partir de la publicación del presente Decreto. No obstante, cuando el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior expida con anterioridad a este plazo las resoluciones de liberación o restricción de tráficos a que se refieren los artículos 33 y 35 de este Decreto, su efecto derogatorio respecto de dichos tráficos se producirá automáticamente.
