Intervención de la autoridad ambiental competente en la consulta previa. La autoridad ambiental competente deberá participar en aquellas reuniones del proceso de consulta previa en que se prevea la identificación de impactos y medidas de manejo de aquellos proyectos para los que se deba expedir licencia ambiental.
