Artucuio 4. Otorgamiento de! auxilio económico. Hasta donde permita la disponibilidad de recursos, los trabajadores cesantes que hayan perdido su empleo, que cumplan con los beneficios de que trata el artículo anterior, y que no hayan sido beneficiarios del Mecanismo de Protección al Cesante en los últimos tres (3) años, recibirán un auxilio económico de un valor mensual de ciento sesenta mil pesos ($160.000) moneda corriente, hasta por tres (3) meses.
