°. Comité Técnico. La Comisión contará con un Comité Técnico que estará a cargo de la Secretaría Técnica. El Comité Técnico estará integrado por grupos de profesionales de los sectores que hacen parte de la Comisión, los cuales serán designados por el Ministro, Director del Departamento Administrativo correspondiente. Podrán ser miembros regulares de las sesiones del Comité Técnico otras entidades que la Comisión considere pertinentes.
