Articulo 3º A partir del 1º de enero de 1983, el cuarenta por ciento (40%) de la asignación básica mensual que corresponde a los empleos de Director General de Programa Especial, Director Regional de Programa Especial y Jefe de Unidad, tendrá el carácter de gastos de representación. Para el empleo de Jefe de División Especial, el treinta por ciento (30%) de la asignación básica mensual tendrá el carácter de gastos de representación.
