Con la información recaudada por el sistema implementado y por los demás instrumentos de control, la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud deberá realizar y desarrollar un modelo de inspección vigilancia y control que permita determinar entre otros, el cumplimiento de las obligaciones contractuales, así como el cumplimiento del régimen propio y de garantías al apostador.
