Registro de acuerdos de transporte . Todos los acuerdos de transporte marítimo comprendidos dentro de la definición establecida en el Título I del presente Decreto deben registrarse dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a su firma ante la Dirección General Marítima, para lo cual deberá remitirse copia de los mismos. El registro lo podrá hacer directamente la empresa de transporte marítimo interesada o el agente marítimo que la represente en el país. La Dirección General Marítima podrá objetar la solicitud de registro dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes al recibo de la misma con base en las causales establecidas en el artículo 28 del presente Decreto.
